Sinexcel Inverter - iSUNA Series

Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Shenzhen, Sinexcel is a global power-electronics supplier best known for compact, ultra-efficient Active-Harmonic-Filter and energy-storage products. Since 2009 the company has applied its 3-level, SiC-MOSFET platform to solar inverters, making it one of the first manufacturers to release wall-mounted string inverters and, later, fully modular hybrid units. Today thousands of Sinexcel inverters operate in utility, C&I and residential projects on every continent, including large government infrastructure programs.

iSUNA (spoken “ee-SOO-nah”) is Sinexcel’s residential-focused sub-brand launched to package the firm’s SiC technology in homeowner-friendly, ODM-friendly form factors. The portfolio is split into two modular families.
